Before You Order

To help us create the best video possible, please include:

• Recipient’s name
• Occasion (birthday, graduation, retirement, congratulations, etc.)
• Key details you’d like included
• Any inside jokes, hobbies, or fun facts (optional)
• A script is not mandatory but we can work with one if you have it
• Send us some photos you’d like for us to include in the video.

Delivery

Videos are typically delivered within 7–14 business days.

Delivery times may vary based on order volume and seasonal demand.

Revisions

Because each video is custom-created, revisions are not included.

We will gladly correct factual errors such as:

• Misspelled names
• Incorrect dates
• Incorrect information provided in your order

Requests for creative changes, alternate edits, additional content, or storyline changes are not included after production begins.

Content Guidelines

We reserve the right to decline any request that:

• Contains hate speech or harassment
• Includes political endorsements or campaign messaging
• Promotes illegal activities
• Contains explicit adult content
• Does not align with the Noodles brand and community values

Creative interpretation of all requests is at the discretion of the Noodles team.

Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of each video, all sales are final.

Orders cannot be canceled or refunded once production has begun.

Videos may not be used for:

• Marketing campaigns
• Paid promotions
• Commercial projects
• Brand endorsements
