How I am groomed

How I am groomed

Believe it or not, mom and dad have never taken me to get professionally groomed. Since I was a pup, they have taught themselves how to groom me. Little by little and day by day they learned to trim, cut, and shave the underside of my paws. Grooming is so very important to good health and hygiene. Please do not under any circumstance groom your own dog without proper training. It took my parents weeks worth of training.

This is what my parents use to groom me!

Dog Clippers Professional Heavy Duty Dog Grooming Clipper 3-Speed Low Noise High Power Rechargeable Cordless Pet Grooming Tools for Small & Large Dogs Cats Pets with Thick & Heavy Coats

These are the scissors and thinning shears that they use:

Gimars 4CR Stainless Steel Safety Round Tip Pet Grooming Scissor, Heavy Duty Titanium Coated Pet Grooming Scissor for Dogs, Cats and Other Animals (4 scissors set)

Here is my favorite detangler comb:

Detangling Pet Comb with Long & Short Stainless Steel Teeth for Removing Matted Fur, Knots & Tangles – Detangler Tool Accessories for Safe & Gentle DIY Dog & Cat Grooming (Grooming Comb)

And this is the brush that mom uses on me daily to keep me nice and fluffy!

Poodle Pet Slicker Brush for Small and Large Dogs Pet Hair Remover with Rotating Head | Effectively and Effortlessly Removes Tangles, Mats, and Loose Hair | for Short or Long Hair(Grooming Brush)

For my body, my parents use 12mm clipper guard. My legs are hand cut with scissors and thinning shears. My face, head, and ears are all cut by hand and finished with thinning shears.

Thank you so so much for the grooming tips and tool recommendations! Now we save so much money grooming not only our Cavapoo who reminds me of Noods, but also our big Aussiepoo too! We’re such huge fans of Noodles!

Letzgeaux Brandynn—Quite a snarky comment for absolutely no reason! Have you seen the videos she has of how she trains her dog? There’s a lot of time that goes into these. If you’re so jealous, go to a reputable breeder buy yourself a cute puppy and make your own videos!

Hi! Great info! Going to shop now lol! Quick question, what do you use to shave out the paw pads?

Noodles!!! I’m one of your big fans on Insta and I know you work SO hard to bring us great content. Dressing up and showing up each day, capturing great video with perfect lighting, then editing with creativity – just to make a little of what goes into it. You’re a hardworking family and you always brightens my day!

This is a wonderful educational video on how you stay looking so sharp! I’m a human hairdresser trying to learn how to groom my Maltipoo and I admired the techniques you’re using, and it helps some of the details “click” for me. Thank you again for all your hard work making quality content! 🧡

I too, have never taken my Lollypop🍭to a groomer. Every single video that I have seen, except yours, the groomers are so cruel to the dogs there’s no reason to be mean or pull their hair or pinch under their chin or put their neck up so high it looks like they’re going to break their neck or their arm it looks like they’re going to take the arm out of the socket. 3 days ago on tiktok there was this person showing that they were going to groom a very very young dog, it was a white Maltese. They were pulling it’s hair so hard from their back and didn’t do anything, but show the abuse and the dog was screaming excessively. Everybody was making comments. I said quite a few choice words. I left about five comments that we’re not very nice because this person was actually abusing this dog on tiktok. They finally cut me off. That just kills my heart to watch people abuse dogs. I don’t know how to report it. It was horrible if that person was going to groom the dog it should have groomed the dog instead of just standing there pulling the air on its back and letting it scream continuously. The person didn’t do anything to help this dog it was just being cruel and abusive.

I groom my dog and I don’t do any of that when I saw your video it was so heartwarming, you are gentle with your dog, as I am with mine, and when she gets a little fussy, I just stop, love on her I tell her what a good girl she is, give her lots of kisses and I’ll either continue or take a break. I’m not trying to please anybody at all so I just wait till later on or the next day or whenever I feel that she’s had a long enough break. My baby is a Morkie, but I think she’s has a little poodle in her so I’m having her DNA test done just for my curiosity.❤️
    I LOVED your video ❤️
